From the 1999 version
Electoral Vote started as an Asymetrix ToolBook game in 1999: a U.S. map, two teams, a coin toss, and “We have a new President!” when someone reached 270. The web version keeps those rules and adds a question for every state, the electoral map from seven different censuses, and a password-protected Teacher Setup where you can write your own questions.
